Joining the already-qualified Ssingo, Buddu, Buweekula, Kabula, and Busujju are Kyaddondo, Mawokota, and Kyaggwe.
Kyaddondo secured an automatic quarterfinal spot by finishing second in the Bulange group, defeating Bulemeezi 4-2 in Gayaza. Denis Kiggundu and Ismael Keita Ndifuna scored twice each for Kyaddondo.
Mawokota and Kyaggwe qualified as the best losers, having accumulated the most points among the third-placed teams.
Mawokota beat Kabula 1-0 in the Masengere group, thanks to Mathias Kasadha’s goal, finishing with 16 points.
While Kyaggwe drew 1-1 with Gomba in the Muganzirwaza group, with Godfrey Arijole canceling out Jeremiah Kabula’s goal, ending with 15 points.
